The selection of security guards is essential and the key to the success of “Delta Guard” Ltd. and for this reason the criteria for admission to the ranks of the company are extremely strict.
The security guards are former and current athletes, employees of the Ministry of Interior and people with a high-value system and experience. Our clients rely on our experience and company training to take advantage of quick reactions and adequate actions in the event of a situation.
The selection is made after an interview, submitted documents in accordance with the requirements of the PPA and a demonstration of martial arts.
The company prepares its employees in its own sports training center, as the most common sports for boxing, kickboxing, karate and grappling.
